Helping Your Loved One Stay Engaged and Connected

Why Care Team Connect

Our team of specialists developed an engagement platform to help home care teams improve the quality of life for people living with memory loss and their caregivers. After spending 10 years caring for her mother with dementia, Gerontologist Debby Dodds was inspired to help families collaborate with home care teams to keep people with dementia cognitively and socially active.
